That’s what you can expect from the Marc Hoerauf State Farm team. From the beginning, my goal has been simple: help customers prepare for everyday risks by understanding what matters most to them and offering options that fit their lives.

I work with individuals and families looking for Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Life Insurance, as well as coverage for motorcycles, boats, and businesses. Whether you’re protecting your home, preparing for life changes, or covering what you’ve worked hard to build, we focus on having real conversations so we can put together coverage that makes sense for you. The reason I chose this profession is personal—watching friends and family experience added stress during already difficult moments because they didn’t have the right insurance. That experience still drives me every day.

Together with my experienced team, we help customers in Fenton, Lake Fenton, Linden, Hartland, Grand Blanc, and Burton, and we’re proud to work with people throughout the state of Michigan. We take the time to listen, explain options clearly, and create a customized approach that supports customers’ goals—whether that’s protecting a growing family, a first home, or a small business.

Being involved locally matters to us. We’re proud to be an active part of this community through sponsorships, volunteering, and participating in local events. Giving back and staying connected is simply part of who we are. Outside the office, my wife Kelsy and I stay busy with our son, Caleb. We enjoy spending time on the water, being with family and friends, and following sports—both playing and watching. My background includes a BA in supply chain management from Michigan State University and a MAT from the University of Michigan–Dearborn. Before becoming an agent, I worked in purchasing and taught AP U.S. history and economics at the high school level, experiences that shaped how I communicate and connect with people today. Our office is located at 435 N Leroy St, Fenton, MI 48430, just down the road from downtown Fenton and across the street from the Clark gas station, on the left if you’re heading toward Lake Fenton.
